Can you ship to my place? 

We provide worldwide free shipping and we can delivery to 99% places over the world. 

How long dose it take for shipping? 

For standard shipping, it could take around 7-20 days. For express shipping, which use delivery via DHL, Fedex, EMS, it could take around 3-7 days to delivery to you after we have shipped out your order. 

How long do you usually take to fulfil my order? 

Once you have finished the order, we will start prepare your order for fulfilment. Usually, we can ship it out within 48 hours, except for some unexpected holiday. If the product you order is not in stock, we will inform you before we ship it to you. We are really appreciated for your waiting if this annoying things happen. 

Can I get tracked for my order? 

Once you have finished order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped out, you will also receive the tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. You can always track your order. If you don’t receive these kind of email, please kindly contact us for more information.

Will you be responsible for the custom clearance? 

We can help with declare the value at lower to help you avoid the custom fee. However, we are not responsible for the custom fee or the custom clearance. If you need any documents from us, we will try our best to help you. We suggest you to check your local custom policy as different countries has different policies.

Return Policy

What’s your return policy?

For international shipping, we do charge 35% of the retail price as restocking fee if you want to return the product that you don’t like it or something that is related. Please note we only accept the return within 1 week after you have received your item.

Do I need to pay the shipping fee if I return one item?

You need to pay the shipping fee for return back to us and please also take care of the custom fee.

What if the product is defective?

If thing is unlucky, we will be responsible for this and we will send you one replacement or something related based on the case.
